New Restaurant Opens

Evergreen Circle Farms is proud to announce the opening of our new dining room, Casa de Ratones. Join us each weekend when our master chef, Cao "You Can Tell By the Way I Use My Wok" Duong prepares an amazing buffet dinner of eye watering treats.

The enhanced ambiance of natural wood and the open floor plan of our redesigned architecture creates a mood of simplicity to augment your dining experience.

Top off your evening with dancing in the Mercielago Lounge to the scintillating rhythms of Woody Debris' Contra Band featuring the vocals of Clay Pots. The Contra Band returns after a successful long term engagement in Managua.

The Slug Round-Ups are a favorite of our staff. We encourage all visitors to join our team for this dynamic event. Discount RAM upgrades are offered to the first 20 guests to sign up. Slugs will be available for conversion to souvenir belt buckles or will be served for dinner if requested before the event.
